For the past 4 years at a digital marketing agency, I designed for brands including This Old House, USA Today, MarketWatch, and home services leaders like TruGreen and Terminix. Working across both paid and organic channels, I learned that someone casually browsing needs a completely different experience than someone ready to buy. Through continuous A/B testing, I helped establish conversion optimization best practices while maintaining design systems for consistency at scale.
